Team Building – Cumbria style!
Manchester apprentices took part in a team building day at Ghyll Head Outdoor Education Centre in Cumbria on 12th November 2010.
The course was to build self esteem and personal confidence, promote teamwork through the outdoor experience, develop a love and understanding of the outdoors, promoting tolerance, respect and co-operative attitudes.
Organised by Manchester City Council, all Framework partner apprentices attended the event with a competition held between the companies.
