Partnered & Negotiated Authority Projects
The majority of partnered projects, which we are currently undertaking, or have completed, have been based on the PPC 2000 form of contract. However we have also extensively used the JCT, EEC and PSPC form of contracts.
We have a very strong and loyal customer base, resulting in repeat business and therefore added value. Our experience of partnering has taught us the extent to which significant added value can be achieved by working together.
As part of the partnering process, we investigate and develop best performing materials, construction techniques and design by consulting with specialist supply chain partners, which are, wherever possible local trades.
Our supply chain partners are a key element in seeking added value. They have, individually, specialist resource available to us to help research ways of gaining added value to the project and will be brought in at the earliest stage as needed with any savings returned to the project in the form of enhanced finishes, artwork, remodeling, furniture etc.
