Quality Control

Parkinson is fully committed to quality in all aspects of its business. We have a quality management system and we have been ISO 9001 no 3250 Quality Management accreditation for 11 years. Our quality management system is comprehensive in its operation and runs throughout all of the company’s departments and processes, with quality, and the delivery of a quality product, being a major part of the ethos of the company.

The company audits its internal quality processes and procedures every 6 months, these audits are carried out by our accreditation body, ISOQAR and our in-house nominated quality auditors.

As an ongoing Continual Improvement measure we have been reviewing our suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which are used as a tool to monitor our effectiveness, against industry and internal standards. Consequently from March 2014 the KPI system was improved and we currently monitor the following 9 KPIs:-

  6. Safety
  7. Sub-contractors

  9. Environmental
