Blackpool Business Enterprise Centre
The works involved the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new 3 storey facility to be named the Enterprise Centre. The construction was traditional built with underfloor heating and sustainability system of roof mounted wind turbines. The building accommodates starter office units for new business in the local area of regeneration. The location of the restrictive brownfields site was on one of the main artery roads leading onto Blackpool’s busy promenade, close to the rear of Blackpool famous Pleasure Beach and adjacent to shops, guesthouses and residential terraced property.
