Canada House Refurbishment

Canada House is a Grade II listed building located in Manchester City Centre and was occupied on all seven floors throughout the duration of the works. The works were the refurbishment of the ground floor reception and the whole of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, together with repairs to the fifth and sixth floor roofs. Also included within the works was the installation of a new passenger lift . A number of tenants remained in occupation throughout the duration of the works. A very high standard of finishes were achieved, in keeping with this outstanding heritage building.
