Fylde Town Hall

This scheme comprised of the refurbishment, remodelling and extension of Council Offices at the Town Hall in Lytham St Annes for Fylde Borough Council

As the site remained occupied by the council throughout the duration of the contract, the project was split into key phases in order to minimise disruption to the building occupiers.

Works began in September 2015 and we have now completed phases 3, 4, 6 & 7; the details of which are provided below:-

Phase 3

This initial phase comprised of the works involved the partial remodelling to all floors and the construction of the 2nd floor link bridge.

Phases 4 & 5

These phases comprised of the refurbishment and upgrade of the Chasley Building and public facing services with modernised facilities such as card reader access systems.

Phases 6 & 7

This phase consisted of the internal refurbishment of the basement, ground floor and second floor including offices, Mayor’s parlour and civic suite, along with external works.
