Retail Shell Units – Tesco & Subway
The project consisted of the construction of two adjoining retail shell units.
Also involved in the works was associated car parking, landscaping, drainage and external lighting.
The units were of traditional construction, consisting of piled foundations, steel frame and a flat roof.
The fit-out of each unit was undertaken by Tesco Express and Subway.
