Seamer Carr Highways Depot
The project is the construction of a new Highways Depot for North Yorkshire County Council comprising of an Admin/ Welfare Block, Saltbarn, Garages, Salt Tipping Area, Materials Storage Bays, Vehicle Fuelling Area and a Vehicle Wash Bay.
The salt barn and garages construction is in-situ concrete pad and ground beams foundations, steel frame, in-situ concrete slab floors, pre-cast retaining walls, external cladding panels and mono pitch/pitched roof structure.
The office block construction is in-situ concrete mass pour strip foundations, in-situ concrete slab floors, traditional cavity wall construction comprising of internal blockwork and external brickwork and pitched timber trussed roof with concrete roof tiles.
