Bewley Infant & Junior School

The contract was undertaken in 3 key phases to minimise disruption to the occupied school:-

  2. Infill extension to Courtyard 1, extension works adjacent Main Hall and completion of link corridors and internal alterations and refurbishment works to the existing Infants School
  3. Asbestos removals, services isolations and strip outs, soft strip outs and demolition of the existing Junior School block.

Liaison was maintained throughout the construction stage with the designated Contract Administrator, Clients representative and building users. Regular consultation about the progress of work was also provided with particular regard to the timings of when disruptive work may take place.
