Devonshire Road Primary School
The construction of a new multi-million ‘exemplar’ designed school. The building is steel framed , 3 storeys supporting reinforced concrete on metal decks to the first floor with ommdeck planks to the roof and second floor.
The school design is in keeping with BREEAM assessments to deliver the highest standards of sustainability and environmental performance, initiatives include;
- roof gardens
- “pod style” classrooms
- an all weather pitch
- multi purpose sports pitch
- green facilities – such as rainwater harvesting systems and underfloor heating throughout.
