Mauldeth Road Primary School
The project was to provide a new gable end extension on to the existing school building creating 2 additional classrooms, WC facilities and meeting rooms.
Additionally extensive external works and services package was also required to integrate the new extension within the existing school environment.
To maintain the aesthetic qualities of the existing building Parkinsons engaged a local merchant to source an exact match for the bricks and tiles. This was achieved by the use of reclaimed materials thus adding considerable sustainability to the scheme. External windows, doors, ironmongery, decoration and flooring were also sourced to match the existing materials.
