Newlands Junior & Infants School
The contract was to refurbish the exisitng school and to construct a new Early Years Children’s Centre.
The construction included a new flat roofed covered play area with security shutters with alteration works to existing classrooms. External works consisted of a 1200mm high fence to create a secure environment for the children. This contract was one of five that have been undertaken for Wakefield Metropolitan Borough Council.
