St Stephen’s C of E Primary School
The project was the construction of a new single and two storey school with the demolition of the existing school buildings. Internal and fitting out works include plastered blockwork walls, timber doors, frames and screens, folding partition doors and wall, wc cubicle and joinery fittings, electrical, IT, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, rainwater harvesting, lift, catering and roller shutter installations, decorations and floor finishes.
The school and the adjacent children’s centre was in full use during the contract period with access to the existing school areas maintained at all times.
