The Limes Building, University of Manchester
The works consisted of the £1.6 million internal modification of the existing basement and upper floors to facilitate a new catering and distribution outlet.
Also included in the works was the construction of a new extension to house a bulk holding store, dispatch preparation centre, a pre-dispatch cold room and plant room.
The first floor remained in full use throughout the duration of the contract period.
