The site was located on the existing Lancaster University site in a residential area.
Works involved the refurbishment of University House to form new office accommodation, including window replacements and the formation of a new entrance with associated external works and drainage.
Due to the building being occupied throughout the refurbishments works were phased to minimise disruption to the office staff.
