Woodville Sure Start Children’s Centre
The project comprised of the refurbishment of a 45 year old existing 2 storey traditional brick building.
The existing building was to undergo a change of use from an elderly persons residential accommodation to a Sure Start Children’s Centre.
The work carried out included defined “buggy” friendly routes and automatic doors with a secure entry system in order to provide a welcoming secure approach.
The external play areas have raised well stocked planters, new functional fencing that provides security and peace of mind. Internal works included the upgrading the existing heating system, redecoration and DDA upgardes.
