Blackpool Victoria Hospital Homes 12 & 13
The works comprised of the refurbishment of the ground floor of Home 12 and all three floors of Home 13 providing new and modern on-site staff accommodation. Minor demolition was involved, with some services stripped out with some adaptations being required. The main works consisted of new doors, skirting and ironmongery, adaptations to the mechanical & electrical installations, new decoration throughout, tiling works, new floor coverings, new kitchen and bathroom installations and new fixtures and fittings.
