Charnley Fold Nursing Home
The main works were to construct an extension with the refurbishment of existing residential care home to provide community services and an enhanced soical day care centre. Works included a new ground floor conservatory, alterations to the main entrance, adjustments to doors and windows, alterations to the car park and new landscaping to the gardens. Demolition works were also involved, including some abestos removal works.
