St Catherine’s Hospice
The phased project comprised of two extensions. The first single storey extension was to the main building of the Hospice. The second extension was to an existing bungalow located on the site which was to form new treatment rooms. Both extensions were traditional built, steel frame one with a flat room and the other pitched. Both were re-configured internally and refurbished with the demolition and erection of re-located walls. The Hospice remained in full operation throughout the majority of the contract period.
