BAE Snow Shelter
A Design and Build project for the construction of a new vehicle storage unit located on a Greenfield site between a fire training ground and radar tower.
The unit is a single storey steel building with concrete pad foundations, concrete slab floor, profiled steel cladding with all associated flashings and rainwater goods.
The area around the site remained in full operation during the contract period.
Extra care regarding waste and debris was taken due to location of the site and its closed proximity to the runway.
