The sites location was on the outskirts of a town with busy main roads to the front and a river to the back.
The contract was to “fit out” an existing unoccupied industrial type building to be functional as a new delivery facility. Works included internal blockwork partitions, M&E works, timber doors and frames, structural ceilings, wc cubicles, catering equipment decoration and floor finishes. External works included new security fencing, gates, traffic barriers and line marking.
