A single storey office design and build development constructed on piled foundations with a reinforced concrete slab.
The frame was built from structural steel and incorporated high quality cladding and curtain walling. A cavity floor was included to meet stringent specifications for mechanical and engineering, electrical content, IT systems and air conditioning.
