This scheme is part of the overall site redevelopment for Lancashire Fire & Rescue and is located adjacent to the Fire Station. As a part of this contract the Site Access Road was widened from the USAR to the main carriageway.

The accommodation is housed in a portal framed building with parking and service yard to the rear.  There is also a Stores area / Laundry, dog kennel, mess room, toilets and plant room areas.

The completed building will achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good.’
