Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an experienced Site Joiner to join our team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out first, second and final fix joinery work on various sites across the northwest of England.

Trainee Pre-Construction Coordinator
Location - Bury
Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for a Trainee Pre-Construction Coordinator join our team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Pre-Construction Coordinator to assist with managing and maintaining project information alongside training towards becoming an experienced Pre-Construction Coordinator / Project Manager and completing an Associate Project Manager qualification.
This role would be ideally suited to a college leaver who has or will be obtaining A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.
The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• To provide effective project support with all typing and recording of documentation using the appropriate systems.
• Assist with managing and maintaining project information and documentation using the appropriate systems.
• Ensure the provision of accurate, quality project documentation by creating/writing the required documents.
• To effectively communicate with all stakeholders to gather information.
• Present data and provide analysis where required.
• Assist with compiling and submitting monthly framework reports.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of regular project update reports.
• Provide support to Directors, Senior Managers, or working groups with continuous improvement projects or general administration.
• Communicate information to clients.
• Provide support with the management of project risks, issues and action logs, identifying any project issues.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Service Manager as and when required.
To succeed in this role you will need to be a self-motivated team player who is positive, pro-active and demonstrates professional integrity. It is important that you can use your own initiative whilst being responsible for your own work and development, alongside being open to feedback. A willingness to undertake internal and external training to obtain relevant recognised qualifications is essential. Training will be provided in all aspects of pre-construction coordination. Experience working within construction is desirable.
