We are pleased to announce that we have recently been successfully appointed to two construction frameworks for works throughout our operational area, these are:
Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) Fit Out, Refurbishment and Minor Works Framework
We have been successful in the following lots for works across the North of England:
- Lot A Minor Works up to £300k in value
- Lot B Life Cycle/ Capital Works valued at £300k to £3 million
NEPO Building Construction Works Framework
We have been awarded a place on this four year framework in the following lots:
- Construction works valued up to £1 million in Tees Valley
- Construction works valued £1-3 million in Tees Valley
- Construction works valued £3-5 million in the North East
We look forward to the future opportunities these frameworks will be bring over the next few years.
