Steve is responsible for the overall performance of our business operations. His experience and strategic oversight drive the organisation’s operational performance and continued growth.
In his spare time, Steve is a keen runner and has completed a number of marathons.
Ray Eyre
Director
Ray is responsible for the performance of all operations across the Lancashire region. Initially a joinery apprentice with Parkinson, Ray also uses his expertise to control the health and safety and construction functions.
In his spare time Ray enjoys watching local football teams and undertaking home improvements.
Bobby Wilson
Financial Director
As a member of the FCCA, Bobby’s responsibility is the financial control of the business. Alongside this, he is also responsible for IT, our Quality Management System, ISO Standards and the management of the HR and Accounts departments.
In his spare time, Bobby is a keen golfer.
Steve Jackson
Regional Director
Steve is responsible for the performance of all operations across the Yorkshire region. His additional responsibility includes the commercial governance of the contracts that the business undertakes.
Steve enjoys most sport related activities and is currently a coach for numerous local youth football and cricket teams.
Tim Searle
Associate Director of Pre-Construction
Tim is responsible for the management of pre-construction services across all three regions, ensuring cost certainty and best value for our clients. Alongside this, he also manages our supply chain database and the application process associated with such.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys hill walking with his dog and spending time outdoors with his family.
Natalie Shepherd
Marketing Manager
Natalie is responsible for managing all marketing activities to ensure that the company’s strategic marketing goals are met by building relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, management of bids and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her young family.
