Ray Eyre

Managing Director

Ray is responsible for the overall performance of our business operations. Initially a joinery apprentice with Parkinson, Ray also uses his expertise to control the health and safety and construction functions.
In his spare time Ray enjoys watching local football teams and undertaking home improvements.

Bobby Wilson

Financial Director

As a member of the FCCA, Bobby’s responsibility is the financial control of the business. Alongside this, he is also responsible for IT, our Quality Management System, ISO Standards and the management of the HR and Accounts departments.
Bobby is a keen golfer and a board member of the Fleetwood Town FC Community Trust.

Steve Jackson

Regional Director

Steve is responsible for the performance of all operations across the Yorkshire region. His additional responsibility includes the commercial governance of the contracts that the business undertakes.
Steve enjoys most sport related activities and is currently a coach for numerous local youth football and cricket teams.

Steve Williamson

Regional Director

As a member of the RICS, Steve is responsible for the performance of all operations within the Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside regions. His additional responsibilities include framework management, business development and the control of Key Performance Indicators.
In his spare time, Steve is a keen runner and has completed a number of marathons.

Adrian Whittle

Surveying Manager

Adrian is responsible for the management of the surveying functions in the Lancashire region. Alongside this he leads on all legal matters whilst also acting as Framework Manager for a number of key clients.
Aside from supporting Bolton Wanderers, Adrian enjoys most of his weekends in the Lake District.

Mike Tyler

Business Development Manager

Operating across all three regional offices, Mike’s responsibilities include the identification of project opportunities, targeting new clients, tender selection, maintaining existing client relationships and the management of bid teams.
In his spare time, Mike has a keen interest in all motorsports.

Chris Mitchell

Estimating Manager

Chris is responsible for the management of pre-construction services across all three regions, ensuring cost certainty and best value for our clients. Alongside this, he also manages our supply chain database and the application process associated with such.
Chris enjoys rugby and is a certified RFU Level 2 rugby union coach.

Paul Dixon

Health and Safety Manager

Paul is responsible for all health and safety matters to ensure that we adhere to all requirements, legislation and policies. He manages our OHSAS 18001 accreditation and is a core member of the HSE Lancashire Working Well Together Initiative.
Paul is a dedicated cyclist and organises charity cycle rides.

Peter Mountain

Customer Service Manager

Peter is responsible for our customer services department which adopts a ‘soft landings’ approach to all projects. He provides a dedicated one point of contact for our clients and end users post-handover.
In his spare time, Peter travels extensively around the UK and further afield to undertake fly fishing.
