About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our Preconstruction team in Bury. This is a varied and rewarding part-time role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.

Construction industry experience is an advantage but not essential — we welcome applications from strong administrators looking to develop within the sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Preconstruction Coordinator
  • Attending meetings and producing accurate minutes and action logs
  • Managing document control systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Updating and maintaining project spreadsheets and trackers
  • Preparing, formatting and distributing project documentation and reports
  • Coordinating correspondence, schedules and project administration activities
  • Maintaining project files in line with internal procedures
  • General office administration and ad hoc support as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven administration experience in an office environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
