It is our intention to ensure each employee feels respected and able to give their best in a safe and secure environment.

We have a robust training plan in place which ensures our employees continually develop within their roles in order to work safely, efficiently and effectively. The average number of training days given to all employees for 2017 is five, showing a 10% increase from 2016.

We conduct an employee survey every year to measure and ensure our staff are happy and healthy within the workplace. Moreover, 100% of our employees are proud to work for F Parkinson.

F Parkinson Ltd continue to meet the requirements of the Investors in People standard, and have therefore maintained Gold status. The organisation has continued to demonstrate many of the characteristics associated with high performance workplaces and world class people management.”
