We have a robust training plan in place which ensures our employees continually develop within their roles in order to work safely, efficiently and effectively. The average number of training days given to all employees for 2017 is five, showing a 10% increase from 2016.
We conduct an employee survey every year to measure and ensure our staff are happy and healthy within the workplace. In 2017 88% of our employees are satisfied within the workplace, demonstrating our commitment to our employees’ health, happiness and wellbeing.
