This project consisted of the demolition of the existing Cromwell Tools Manchester branch and the construction of a new purpose-built 2 storey detached unit including all associated external works, car parking and service area. Also included in the works was the alteration to the existing junction with Eccles New Road and a new site access road. The works methodology is detailed below.
