Walton Hall & Petting Zoo

This project was to improve the WC facilities within the park near the petting zoo through the construction of standalone WC unit and within Walton Hall by building an extension to the Hall. The new extension to Walton Hall is built on part of the footprint of the greater part of Walton Hall demolished in the 1970s.

Deliveries were precisely planned to minimise disruption, this approach became further important mid-way through the works as the BBC began on site filming a new drama series.
