Poolfoot Farm Training Facility

This scheme consisted of the development of an open grassed area on the land of a former farm to provide a community sport and leisure complex with a dedicated training ground for Fleetwood Town FC.

The project included the new build of a training clubhouse which features 7 modern changing rooms to FA guidelines, offices, a new gymnasium, dance/ fitness studio, Physiotherapy suite, classrooms, meeting rooms, a function room and restaurant ‘Cross Bar & Grill’ which features indoor and outdoor dining.
