The project consisted of the redevelopment of an existing community and church hall built in the 1980’s. The new facility provides a new doctors surgery and pharmacy due to the expansion of the existing practice located a short distance away.

A number of sustainable products and technologies were used in the construction process including ground source heat pumps; as a result of this we achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
