Mill 14

Mill 14 (formerly known as The Adult College) is located on White Cross Business Park in the centre of Lancaster. As part of the council’s property strategy, Mill 14 was to be retained as the main office base for the North of the County.

The scheme consisted of the phased complete internal refurbishment and remodel to create a neighbourhood centre which delivers public facing council services as well as office accommodation suitable for 350 staff.
