Bentham Primary School

The plans for Bentham Primary School were in the making for 12 years as the project aimed to provide a new primary school to amalgamate two existing primary schools which were in need of refurbishment.

Built on a Greenfield site, the new state of the art school provides modern learning space suitable for 150 pupils and houses a fully stocked library, a multi-use hall, community room and external play areas.

The building uses natural materials including stone, timber, slate and green sedum roof to blend into the surrounding landscape and for their sustainable properties.
