Charlton Workstack

Using a striking and innovative design, this project comprised of the new build of 14 light industrial and offices (Planning Use Class E- commercial, business and service) over 5 floors which were cantilevered to maximise space on this compact site in Charlton, London. This creates a corbelled effect to the west façade, providing shading and limiting solar gain to the lower units.
