Elm Bank Specialist Arts College

This scheme comprised of the new build of an 1870m² extension to form a new two storey teaching block using the ‘Scape’ structural format, which is a public sector building system.

A new link corridor to the existing school was also formed along with a range of external works and the demolition of garage buildings and three temporary classroom units.

To minimise disruption to the occupied school, the project was undertaken in 5 key phases.
