Georgian Theatre

This project comprised of the refurbishment of the existing Georgian Theatre, as well as the conversion of the adjoining Courtyard Hotel. The project also involved the construction of a new glass fronted atrium entrance and toilet block extension to the rear of the building.

The works to the hotel required extensive demolition works as the building was over 200 years old and had been redundant for a number of years. Internally, a new mezzanine floor was formed to provide space for the kitchens and first floor bar/ restaurant.
