Tatton Park Farm

The Tatton Dale farm is set in a corner of Tatton Park and was, in its heyday, at the heart of the 2000-acre historic estate in Cheshire. The scheme, which was part-funded by the Heritage Lottery fund, helps to tell the story of food production from the late 18th century to the 1950s.

Our scope of works included opening up of several Grade II listed farm buildings which have been closed to the public for decades, including the mill. Other buildings were re-interpreted in conjunction with the food production theme and repairs were undertaken to 28 historic farm rooms and buildings.  A new multi-functional group space building set within the grounds of the farm was also provided as part of the scheme.
