This project comprised of the major strip out and minor structural support for new equipment and finishes within Theatres 3 & 4, new compliant ventilation system in the existing adjacent roof space and ventilation testing for conventional theatre.

The refurbishment section of the works required the strengthening of the theatre ceiling structure to carry the new heavy medical equipment.
