Business Statement in relation to COVID-19
13th May 2020

Given the unprecedented situation regarding COVID-19, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our current procedures and approach.

Our main priority is ensuring the health and wellbeing of our people and supporting our clients, to ensure we continue to provide you with excellent service, while working safely. As part of this approach, we have followed guidance from the UK government, the Construction Leadership Council and local authorities in our operational area – many of whom are our valued clients.

Considering this ever-changing situation, we have taken the decision to adapt our pattern of working and working procedures to ensure that we are Covid-19 and that projects can be maintained safely. Our guidance provides consistent measures in line with the Governments recommendations on social distancing. You can view this guidance below for our office and site workforce.

We have also created a new Induction and Tool Box Talk on the procedures to ensure all those on site are aware of the strict guidelines to adhere to.

Crucially, we remain fully operational and our site and office teams continue to support all our clients through modified working practices. At present 75% of our sites are live with the remaining few due to open over the next few weeks or will remain close on instruction from the client.

We are continually supporting our teams to continue to work productively through remote working and the use of our integrated technology and systems, this includes video conferencing through Microsoft Teams, remote data and server access and other electronic collaborative tools.

In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor and adapt working practices in relation to COVID-19.
