Royal Mills Complex

The Royal Mills complex comprises of six distinct buildings. Three of which have resulted from the renovation of original Grade II Listed mill buildings; Sedgwick Mill, Royal Mill and Paragon Mill and the other three are new build structures which have been developed on land adjacent to the original mills.

This project was to co-ordinate fit-out works across the complex to bring the space into use as retail space and office accommodation to attract new tenants to the refurbished space.
