Successful Appointment as Sole Contractor to York Hospitals NHS Trust Framework

We have been successfully appointed as the sole building contractor partner to both lots on the York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Building Measured Term Contract Framework.

The two-stage procurement process was split into the following two lots:-

Lot 1 – York Hospitals region (including Easingwold, Selby & York)
Lot 2 – Scarborough Coastal region (including Scarborough, Bridlington & Whitby)

This framework will be used to procure the Trust’s entire capital works programme up to the value of £1 million per scheme, throughout both lots listed above and across the Trust’s property portfolio spanning 10 sites and hospitals.
