Staynor Hall Community Primary Academy

This project consisted of the new build construction of a 235 place single storey primary school on a greenfield site, in the middle of a newly formed housing estate.

This project has received extremely high Customer Survey scores; it achieved an average of 9.9/10 across all questions from both the client and the school end users.

The project also came ‘Highly Commended’ for ‘Best Educational Building’ at the North and East Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards 2016.
