The project consisted of the design and build of an Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) facility at the Washington Hall site in Chorley for Lancashire Fire & Rescue. This scheme is part of the overall site redevelopment for Lancashire Fire & Rescue.
The building is a bespoke training facility for the USAR team comprising of training rigs to provide a suitable test for all those training to learn skill in search and rescue in the built and open environment.
